What is MantaRay?
MantaRay is a CoreFiling component that can be used as part of an integrated XBRL based regulatory filing solution. It is not sold as a separate product. MantaRay comprises:
- a design-time component for building forms. XBRL taxonomy concepts can be generated or associated with aspects of those forms; the resulting data can then be mapped into analytical and Business Intelligence systems.
- a run-time Excel plugin for presenting the resulting intelligent forms to the end user, for data entry and data quality review.
- a server-side component that receives, validates as necessary and passes on the XBRL data into the relevant workflow systems within the overall/wider solution.
