In addition to newly qualified graduates, we are always interested in receiving CVs from those engineers who already have some commercial experience and appropriate skills and are now ready for their next challenge. Our more senior staff are responsible for anything from entire projects to leading architecture, test, or support functions inside existing teams. Some act as Senior Developers, with more responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of our code base. Some will act as lead consultants in client architecture, design, integration or custom build projects. In general, we expect our senior staff to be great communicators, care deeply about the quality and utility of their work, as well as the development and progression of their more junior colleagues.
