INFORMATION PAGE FOR RECRUITERS

Guidelines for dealing with CoreFiling/DecisionSoft.

We deal with a number of recruiters that we like (you know who you are and what to do). If you are a recruiter that we don't currently deal with and are looking to place staff with us, then you are welcome to submit candidates, as long as you follow these guidelines.

  1. Don't phone us. We are busy.
  2. Don't submit candidates that can't meet the standards that we set. That means at least 3 As at A level and at least a 2:1 honours degree from a good university. We are very, very picky.
  3. Don't submit candidates that won't be able to handle a tough, hands-on interview process. It's not fair.
  4. Do submit candidates to cv@corefiling.com. If we like your candidates we'll call you to discuss. If we don't you won't hear from us. Sorry about that.
  5. Overseas candidates are welcome to apply only if they can show us that they already possess a working visa in the UK - no exceptions, sorry, and only if they can get to Oxford for an interview on their own.

We're sorry if we are coming over a little heavy in this section. Sometimes we have a few problems with overzealous recruiters. Usually trying to push candidates that wouldn't suit our environment. And often keen to meet face to face, or spend lots of time on the phone. That wastes our time as well as yours.

Recruiters that fail to follow (or worse still, notice) these guidelines, will find themselves blacklisted from dealing with us.

Recruiters that follow these guidelines may well find themselves amongst our preferred agencies. Which tends to work out well for everyone.
