You'll use XP Agile development techniques – our paired programming techniques mean we build better code, faster and ensures that you'll rapidly improve your programming and problem-solving skills.

We are a Linux shop, working in Java and range of web technologies. We push XML processing technologies like Apache Xerces to the limit. XBRL uses a combination of XML standards including XPath, XQuery and XLink so your skills in modelling with these tools will expand rapidly. You'll work in open plan offices and use a range of tools and processes that take information sharing amongst team members to extremes. Dual head, wide screen high resolution flat screens and fast, highly specced workstations and servers are standard equipment for all our developers.
