Magnify® maintenance and support

Maintenance and support is payable annually in advance. Customers who are fully paid-up can take advantage of the following services:

  • Product Maintenance: upgrades when a new release of the product is announced
  • Customer Support, which includes:
    • initial product set-up guidance
    • ability to provide feedback on product features
    • ability to report product defects
