Maintenance and support is payable annually in advance. Customers who are fully paid-up can take advantage of the following services:
- Product Maintenance: upgrades when a new release of the product is announced
- Customer Support, which includes:
- initial product set-up guidance
- ability to provide feedback on product features
- ability to report product defects
